I got a box of tangerines from a beloved frie...YES! I got a box of tangerines from a beloved friend while I was sick and have a bunch left. I wanted to make them a nice jam/jelly/preserve out of the remaining bunch. I bought dried apricots last night, and I have ginger and lemon in the house.
