If it were me after adding the syrup in my tea I would then add a pinch of ground cardamon and cinnamon with a dollop of cream. I bet it would taste like chai (the tea you get in Indian restaurants). I stirred some of the syrup into my oatmeal and it was delicious. :) <br /><br />I've been wanting to try to make my own tangerine marmalade.
